SCHEDULE

Managing for Excellence meets for an orientation and 8 six-hour sessions over the course of six months.

After attending the orientation and completing a 360 assessment, participants schedule a meeting with their 360 coach to interpret the results of their 360 and create their individual development goals for the program.
